We only accept US Dollars for purchase of these items. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards for payments.

Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back with a copy of your receipt, within 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the item, when returned in new condition, minus shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply on items manufactured by Cimarron Trailers, Inc.

Cancellation Policy
In stock items are normally shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, excluding Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to cancel your order and it has not shipped, we will refund your entire purchase amount.

Delivery Policy
In stock orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt, excluding Saturday and Sunday. You will receive a shipping notice with tracking information from UPS. You will be notified via email if an item is not in stock. We do not offer expedited shipping. If you need to expedite, (Next Day or 2nd Day) please call and order with our Parts Department.

We do our best to display current photographs of our parts. Vendor substitutions may occur at any given time that we have no control of. If you have any questions or concerns, call us @ 877-286-8757 before ordering.

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Cimarrontrailers.com is a secured website. We use SSL for all web traffic and never store your credit card information in our database. We use a payment provider called Stripe that stores tokens for each transaction instead.
